Either an origin story or something to do with her coming back. It's absolutely frustrating that a character like this is the first boss and a minor villain that has no effect on the story. She easily could've been the new Mr X/Nemesis where she's a constant threat throughout the game. She's certainly more intimidating and interesting than Miranda.

Me personally it's just something I like. I wrote it in as a kink that the listener is ashamed of but Alcina doesn't use it to humiliate him. Just like him she has certain tastes that aren't exactly accepted, especially the time she grew up in. People in the early 20th century would scoff at the idea of submissive men and powerful dominant women.
