[GIF Description: Person looking like they're having a heart attack]

I'm not sure I've ever felt so panicked, lol! Took at least ten minutes to calm myself down after that scare :D But the scene is all safe and sound, I'd just had to pull it out to add another scene in before it and didn't want to get the two confused as I wrote!

It's the worst feeling. One time I played well into a game and forgot to turn on auto save/save... hours of playing lost

Mishka, you’re up so late! What a scare, I’m happy it all turned out well ❤️

Oh, that is the worst! Usually have to give it a couple of days before I can start playing again when that happens!

I actually scheduled this post from Saturday when it happened, but Patreon have changed all their workings (again!) so instead of 1 being, well, 1pm, you now have to make sure it's 13:00. It's taking me a while to get used to it :D

The terror of every writer. Years and years ago I was hit by one of those rare bouts of super inspiration where it just seems the words pour out and all you have to do is get out of the way. I'd typed up two full chapters and was halfway through the next one when the computer screen turned black. As my heart stopped at my feet I hear this evil little giggle and looked down to see my at the time two year old niece Shelby grinning up at me with my computer power cord held in her adorable little hand. Me: Heather....(my sister) I'm going to murder your firstborn!! Not a good moment...ended up having to re-do it from memory as best as I could. Needless to say that incident is what fully converted me into writing by hand on paper and *then* typing it up. (Shelby was not, in fact, murdered by her loving auntie despite the threat).
