"From what I've been told of my father what I remember of my mother, I would say I am a decent mix of the two," he replies with a whisper of a smile. "My mother raised me, along with my step-father, so I think she likely had more influence on me than my father, simply because he wasn't able to be there." The smile twists and falls at that statement. "But my love of learning is something I definitely inherited from him and was encouraged wholeheartedly by my mother."
