Hello there, patrons all!

I've got a whole lot exciting news to share with you. Here goes:

First and foremost, I wanted to formally introduce you to DJESSE! It is an explosion of my imagination – an enormous four-volume project I've spent the whole of the last year creating – a total of about 40 songs, traversing every musical world and genre under the sun, and featuring a stellar global cast of all my favourite musicians. It's truly a dream to have been able to spend a year creating in such a ravaging, boundless way, and I am thrilled beyond measure to share the whole journey with you in an ever-unfolding way.

I will be releasing the albums gradually over the next few months, one at a time. The first volume (which features, among others, the Metropole Orkest conducted by Jules Buckley) will be released on December 7th. Here is a video link to the very first single from Djesse Vol. 1 – With The Love In My Heart. It's quite a whirlwind – do dip in if you haven't already! I'll be dropping two other songs from Vol. 1 in a couple of weeks time.

Many of you have been asking what sort of role Patreon will be playing in amongst all of this – and that is what I am here to explain!

Rather than construct another multi-tiered system of rewards like I did for In My Room, I've decided to keep things ultra-simple: I will be switching to a monthly payment (instead of charging per new song), and there will be just one tier ($5+) of rewards available – so everybody's in the same boat. Here is what I'll be offering to you all each month:

• Patron-only Monthly Livestream & Q&A! I'll be hosting you, wherever I am in the world, once a month, to have a discussion, perform a few songs (alone, or with band members / DJESSE collaborators!), and answer your questions, live, once per month, for patrons only!

• First access to Djesse Listening Party events! The will be a couple of these happening for each of the four volumes, in various parts of the world – I'll be letting you guys know before anybody else!

• Early updates on DJESSE announcements | You will be the first to know about tour dates, news and exclusive behind-the-scenes content!

You are, of course, welcome to pledge more than $5 per month if that feels good to you! My musical journey will always be 'free' for the world to enjoy – this is simply a place to be part of the JC family. I will be eternally grateful to any amount you would like to offer! Djesse is rather an expensive endeavour, as you might imagine...  especially as I've been legging it all over the world collecting collaborators in all sorts of weird and wonderful places. As always, every penny of Patreon-money goes directly into making the music as real, joyous, fully-fledged and brilliant as possible.

The first of the live streams will be happening during the week of Nov 26; you will all be notified exactly when once I know what my moves will be! I'll be switching to monthly on December 1st – since it will be a regular tip, make sure your monthly pledge amount is all set by then, as that will be the day everything switches over, and you'll be tipping monthly from then onwards : )

One more exciting thing to let you know at this stage – I'm going on TOUR! With a BAND! Next year! I cannot wait to share this whole new outfit with you all. All dates for Feb/Mar are on www.JacobCollier.com (along with an interactive 4-volume musical snippet machine, if you haven't yet explored it).

So incredibly excited to jump headfirst into this next chapter together!

Love,
JC

P.S. Nobody knows this yet (so don't tell), but there will be a bonkers music video for With The Love In My Heart coming AT THE END OF NEXT WEEK – do stay tuned for that : )
