Maybe Vlagg just forgets sometimes because they're currently lovers, but Gervic is a former warrior, and a pretty good warrior at that. Hell, Vlagg even knows that! Why he would honestly believe that Gervic would just sit quietly on the sidelines and obey is a bit baffling to me? It doesn't exactly make a whole lot of sense from Vlagg's point of view given their former war rivalry with each other.

While i get the feeling that Gervic would almost never want to leave Vlagg’s side, it’s hard to not consider that he may leave the castle if only to find a way to help his SO from outside the castle’s restrictions. Vlagg said it himself, while Gervicx is living under the castle, he has to abide by Vlagg’s orders/is under his protection. Then again, Gervic would never be so much as to abandon Vlagg in the hands of the enemy either. So what happens next is truly a mystery. And hoping the best for the both of them in this upcoming trial. 0o0
