That’s a good point. They may end up together and all that but with gervics curse can any feelings he develops of Vlagg be considered genuine. But on the other hand I think it’s been established that the curse takes effect when in the presence of like cum or pheromones. And gervic seems to be reacting based on Vlagg a apearence not so much any hornyness Vlagg is putting off.

His curse is basically his sexual attraction to men. His emotional feeling however is not a part of the curse (though he may not know it yet).
