Small Discord Update / Note (Patreon)

Had the discord server going for a bit now and it's been so nice on my end for updating stuff. But if anyone is having issues with it or you don't have access or anything like that, double check that your discord and patreon are linked and if you're still having issues shoot me a message and I'll see if I can figure out what's going on.
