Another memberberry in Star Trek III is when Kirk finds McCoy in Spock’s room. It’s guarded by two Vulcans carrying the Amok Time fight-to-the-death weapon. Kirk slightly hesitates because that weapon “killed” him.

1947, in a three stooges short Larry shemp and moe come across a sleeping man (Currly) doing currly noises, they have a small interaction one of the few times all 4 original stooges on screen

This would maybe qualify as a fourth designation: Mis-rememberberrry. I assume you were joking, because of course neither of the Starfleet security guards are Vulcans - they just happen to be wearing close-fitting helmets (similar to, but not at all the same as, the cost-cutting helmets seen in "Amok Time") and both are holding phasers, not lirpas.
