Rich Evans Reacts to the Most Embarrassing Podcast Ever

We sat Rich down to show him a clip that's been floating around the last few days. This was the result. You either know what this is or you don't.

Two videos in one day?!?! Guys, what’s wrong? I fear you’re going to burn out.

Also, RLM fans, whatever you do, don’t take this video and overlay the Collider footage with human atrocities and terrible movie footage. That wouldn’t be cool.

Mike St Louis

Rich Evans eases the pain. I need to go listen to this pod now.

I wish I knew what this was but I don't understand

Anonymous

Yes! I ❤️ RLM trashing stupid lifeless boring Collider.

Please make fun of WorldClassBullshitters next!

Somebody, please explain for those of us not in in the joke.

Supro3D

Rich Evans giving the thumbs up is the cure for everything. Well, mostly everything.

For reference. Apparently the guy wasn’t invited to Galaxy Edge and said he wasn’t going to talk about it, but his producer said it was his job to talk about it. https://youtu.be/ejQxZ7itYiQ

Huh. I didn't know Disney was building a Star Wars theme park. Thanks Collider!

Taken from the thread if you all don't wanna watch the Collider video: "So basically what happened was Kristian Harloff (the guy in the podcast complaining) got upset that he wasn't invited to the unveiling of Galaxy's Edge (Star Wars land) but that 2 of his female reporters were, so he refused to talk about Star Wars land or talk about the coverage written by the 2 reporters. He felt hurt that Disney didn't invite him because he's been such a big fan and made a whole podcast about Star Wars and he feels like his love goes underappreciated (keep in mind that Kristian Harloff has a planet in the Star Wars universe named after him). So that's the tea and that's why Rich Evans is laughing."

Thank you. I watched the original clip I didn't totally understand what he was pissed about or what the Jedi Council was until now i see he's a host for Colliders thing. This is pretty embarrassing.

I have been waiting on bated breath for this.

This is the guy that was in the movie. The people vs George Lucas. Defending George if I recall. I kinda feel bad for him. His whole life and career has revolves around Star Wars and for this to happen. Yeesh

The funniest thing about all of this is that the girl from Collider that they actually sent doesn't ever really review SW content, and throughout both of her reviews of Galaxy's Edge she repeatedly called the most iconic ship in all of cinema the "MillineUN FalcOM." And they clearly did editing afterward, adding in Disney-supplied clips, but somehow that got through about 6 times. She never once got it right. Guy must have been furious.

What the fuck is Collider? I only watch internet videos by hack frauds.

Marvin Falz

Reminds me of the Star Trek Next Gen episode "Symbiosis," where Captain Picard explains to the two Brekkians that once you're a corporate shill, once "you do a commercial, you're off the artistic roll call forever," and you deserve to be laughed at, when your "loving" corporate "family" gives you the middle finger. The two Ornarans present in the scene interrupt Picard, demanding their favorite Brekkian product handed over to them immediately. The episode ends with Picard's realisation that Brekkians and Ornarans are hopelessly caught in their mutual webs of deceit, and to this day Picards feelings about them is pity and amusement.

Look, Collider is kind of a pretentious webside/Youtube channel. And making fun of them is appropriate. But Movie Trivia Schmoedown is still a lot of fun to watch. At least the matches. I don't care for the whole wrestling show around it.

Anonymous

I had to look up what this was and I hope The Nerd Crew got invited and if they didn’t I want to see some outrage!

Anonymous

Seconded. The trivia is genuinely a fun time, especially to watch together if you have friends who like movies. Whenever people come here to tell RLM, "You should review this movie because I looked it up and said it", I immediately recommend them to Collider and Screenjunkies. They've got that crappy content cranked out for days. If you want it reviewed, go to them. If you want RLM, to do their thing, just stfu and give them the money. It will come.

No idea who this guy is. But it's tragic, seeing the exact moment when a man realizes his own relative insignificance. Thankfully, this blossoms into hilarity when he refuses to relinquish his sense of entitlement.

Anonymous

I was hoping that this meltdown wouldn't go unnoticed by you guys. I sincerely hope there will be another installment of Nerd Crew, and that this clip serves as a source of "inspiration."

Marissa Adams

The fact that he said he had to work five years to be a fan....being a fan honestly requires NO work. It's almost like he's in it for something else...

>"People call me a shill online" >admits to being a shill Nerd Crew if finally vindicated.
