So i've been thinking about creating a game for a long long while now,

I have so many ways in mind to chop, cut, crush, torture, modify, genitals in my mind, and i should also easily be implementing some of yours.

The only "writer's block" i have in this regards is the Type of the game of which i want to develop all these ideas into.

There are many options, from management games like breeding season, to map based adventure like tales of androgyny, we can base it on something simple like a card game or a board game, choices game... you name it, but truely, i can't quite decide what would be the best one to go with, and i hope you could help with opinions and ideas.

My main deal here is to provide a wide variety of experience, meaning we aim to showcase a lot of ways to castration/penectomy/chastity etc, and a lot of ways of tease and denial before, after, and in chastity, and we can't quite achieve that with any game type

at some point i was thinking about the type of management game where you buy slaves, "improve" them (a slave with balls is way less aerodynamic right?) and put them on sale, or to work in order to leverage the other slaves work, for example, if there are breeding slaves, and they reproduce with say a dominant female, if there is a eunuch in the room there is a bigger chance for the offspring to come out with, for example, larger balls, that you can cut and sell the balls and the slave separately etc etc....

on the other hand, a player can have a deeper feeling of empathy towards a character he leads, in tales of androgyny you get that pretty good, the problem is delivering a variety of experience, because you can only be castrated once (but can be teased like hell after). i also considered making the character a female, that castrates make she come across as a part of her journey to whatever. or a guy/futa who lost it's balls because of something, and to retrieve it, he/she/it/zem/futa has to defeat and capture so many parts of genitals, resulting in variety of castrations, penectomy, nulluing, dissolving in acid and many other creative events. 

Honestly i don't know and im open to any idea, different choices have many different levels of difficulty which can affect the time until beta, that would be a long one anyways, my coding skills are ok but creating a whole something might be hard.

So, what do you think? what type of format should we go with? maybe you have a skill you wish to contribute? a good idea? anything?

They have those simulation type games where you can position the actors and control the motions. I’d love to see that with those extra features, lol.

There’s a rather old lewd game called Rack & more recently one called rack 2 (never finished) Perhaps for a game you could have something similar. The game had quite a few torturous features in it.

That's very ambitious. Maybe you could start with a simple visual novel type game made in renpy lol.

Yea i already tried renpy, i disqualified that platform for 2 reasons, it seems too cheap and because renpy is all about the textboxes below, we want to deliver the experience through visual means rather than text for a change.

I'd love to play any game where I can play as a futanari and be castrated over and over by being able to regenerate my testicles! Perhaps the game has chastity and obviously penectomy in it too?

But there is a conflict- how will you express the denial concept of chastity and at the same time, repeated castration?

This sounds a lot like a flash game called Stones, where you would throw rocks across the land, taking prisoners (amongst other things). Unfortunately it was canceled, allegedly due to the creators countries laws against that kind of violence in video games
