Bit  of a convoluted subtext to this:  Having dominion over her form, Kuga shouldn't be able to be altered, yet she is; and being magic, Gent  shouldn't be physically stoppable from making his hasty exit, but he  is.  I wonder if Kuga will convince him to finish what he started, or if  he'll get off scott free...
