So, Things Have Been Heavy (Patreon)

I haven't been updating as much nor working, and there's a reason for that: 'bout half a year after partially recovering from her stroke, grandma developed pneumonia.  After draining a liter of fluid, the doctors found she had metastasized lung cancer.  She refused treatment, stopped eating, and, once everyone was together and all the grim business was filed away, died six hours after her oxygen mask was removed.  Aside from the death and cremation, a lot of time was spent consoling and catching up with relatives, this mortal reminder sparking an emphatic panic of sorts...in any case, I've had time to recover.  Sorry for not explaining myself sooner, I feel like I'm making excuses more often than not.  I've got a piece in the works, just need to get it done.  Thank you, those who chose to stand by me.
