Vicky a dosage of a variation of the breast binding pills Onion uses

when she wants to go into crowded areas without bulldozing the street of

pedestrians.  Unfortunately, the formula wasn't quite strong enough. 

Vicky thought maybe she could make up for the difference with mechanical

assistance, but her boobs proved a bit too powerful for the little

guys.
