Facing the possibility of her body failing, So Mi decided to undergo a radical new experimental procedure to revitalize her cells. A minor side-effect seems to be significant muscle growth. And, while her worsening condition has slowed, it seems a much more powerful application of the procedure is required to reverse the deterioration.

Those of you who have been around for a long time here could have probably seen this one coming. I've been a fan of Cyberpunk 2077 since its initial release, and it's only gotten better with time. So, with the recent release of Phantom Liberty, I just had to recreate So Mi's cake with a muscular flavoring. And, as a bonus, since this is based on a game model, the rendering was quick enough to have a clothed and un-clothed version.
