That one scene killed me when I saw it yesterday. That shit was great. Too bad you gonna see people taking that kind of stuff way too seriously. Glad you guys know how to be proper adults and handle a literal animated show instead of getting up in arms about it.

So it wasn’t explained in the anime, but in the light novel the reason the demon chick reacted to Rudy the way she did was because his mana pool was as large as Laplace, the demon that corrupted ruijerd and the superd race and waged war with the world, that was mentioned in part 1 of the season.

some info left out of this episode, wont go into crazy detail but when kishirika was disgusted about rudeus she ccompared his magic amount to Laplace (who we heard andsaw a glimpse of in the first season)

Yeah im suprised at how good it actually is and how it keeps me interested. Also it's their first game and it all went so smoothly, if u compare it to Blizzard with their 40k players queue and infinity bugs on wow classic it's actually insane. Really happy with the game.

In season 1 when we see all the characters react to the mana disaster, we also see the demon emperor scanning the storm being like 'that's a lot of mana, who's casting the spell? Huh, i can't see them...'

It has a drawback though as that eye of foresight thing eats up mana. Which is kinda cool too because that way he doesnt need an eyepatch, he can just put 0 mana on that eye when he doesnt need it. Sorta like 'gyo' in hunter x hunter.

The eye ghyslaine has is the most common one chosen, the eye of foresight was the one kishirika recommended he take, it allows him to make up for one of the shortcomings of any mage.

It is in real time. However, the future could also change in real time in response to his deviation to the original path so whenever he adjusted his plan vs Ruijerd, Ruijerd just hit him with a different strategy by reflex and Rudy couldn't keep up with all these new strategies as the future blurred and diverged

Well, it's designated as the demon continent and is primarily made up of demons. It's not as if it's an 'off-limits' area for other races though, so adventurers from elsewhere aren't exceedingly uncommon (as far as I remember at least).
