I remember disliking this version of Cyborg. I think it's because we already went through Superboy's explosive outbursts in season 1, and in season 3 we are already dealing with Geoforce's temper. So when Cyborg came on, instead of going with the charismatic version of Cyborg, or the stale stoic version of Victor, or even the dorky version of Victor, they went with Mr. Roid Rage. The Titans live action show also has one of those types, and I've slowly been losing my patience with DC's seemingly endless supply of Angry Young Man tropes.

Roshi, the thing with the "booyah" seems to be that the guy who said it was Cyborg/Vic's old voice actor from the Teen Titans series from 2003.

They always foreshadow characters and plots and it feels like nothing is there without reason. like the first episode of young justice season 1, Roy literally says he was born that way when GA says ready to see the inner sanctum. They literally made a joke about how he was born to infiltrate the league and how he was a clone. So I’m sure showing us Cisco and also all those meta teens that were saved from the orphanage are gonna play a big part in season 4
