There is a lot to unpack here.

So Ilona works as head of HR for a company in a local office building. As part of her job she is the one showing the offices for the new interns.

Now the building is several stories tall so they have elevators installed. To be precise 2 types of elevators. One type for regular sized employes and one type of bigger sized employes. To give you a scale, the big elevators can fit 4 very curvy ladies, like Ibolya, without them touching each other or the walls. Now the bigger elvators need a special keycard to be called, so that way only those can use it who it is ment for.

When Ilona is showing the offices to a young and handsome intern she plays a one time gag with them. When they reach the elevators she tells that she left her keycard back in the office so they have to squeez in to the regular sized elevator. Let's just say that this leads to some very awkward and hilarious situations.
