Geto snap. I can understand the two people from the village begging him to kill the two kids. Everyone seems to be a villain when a few vocal vile people keep pestering you. Megumi – is Tsumiki going to be happy if I go to the Zenin Clan. 100% no, yep Gojo knows it. It reminds me of My happy marriage to a certain point going to a family obsessed with power, like the lineage thing for the villain in My Happy marriage. 100% Tsumiki is not going to be happy.

After episode. My memory is worst than you so I don’t remember much of the of season 1 😅 Megumi and Gojo. I interpret it as Gojo asking if he wants to go to the Zenin and he answers no with his question about Tsumiki. So he’s going to keep him under his wing instead of handing Megumi to the Zenin clan. I agree Gojo still wants to save his friend.. He is doing it with the kids sorcerer at the school. That might be one of his way to do something even if he can’t save his friend. Take care 😋

After this episode, I feel like I get a little better understanding of Gojo's character. He seems to have a habit of saying things he doesn't really mean, and he may be a bit conflicted. In Jujutsu Kaisen 0, we don't see Geto die. I assume the Geto with the scar on his head is the same Geto. I don't see a reason to assume otherwise. Although, I have never read manga.
