Viz Media is at it again (Patreon)

Last night, at about four in the morning, I received notification that I got over seven strikes from bleach on my YouTube channel. I took the necessary steps to try and resolve this, but I’m not exactly sure how long it’s going to take until I can start uploading again. Usually when you get a strike, you have to send a counter notification or contact the claimant and request them to remove the strike. Usually they don’t respond though, so the next step is to send a counter notification. YouTube then has to read your counter notification and decide whether or not they’re going to forward that to the claimant, and after that they have 10 business days to reply to the email. If they don’t reply to the email, my videos get reinstated and my strikes get removed. I’ve dealt with this before but I’ve only had one or two strikes. Once you get three active strikes your channel gets deleted unless you send counter claims. Once they forward your counter claim to the claimant, you usually get access to your channel again and you can continue uploading videos until the claimant either responds or says nothing, but you still have access to your account until the ten days are up.

That said I’m not exactly sure how this is going to go since I’ve never had 3 active strikes before.

That’s the situation on YouTube at the current moment. As for Patreon, that’s a different story. Viz media made claims against my account again so I had to remove the most recent bleach reactions. I just have to email them letting them know it’s gone and they will then reactivate my account. I will of course let you guys know once they get back to me about this.

They also made claims on my Dropbox account and got that suspended until I deleted the content. I already took care of that so the dropbox links should be active except for bleach. I decided to delete those because I didn’t want to lose my entire dropbox account and all of those links over one show. Currently, I am uploading the bleach reactions to streamable and MEGA. I am uploading those links to the Reaction document as we speak. I don’t know how long that’s going to take, but hopefully I can have that all done by the end of today.

For the time being, please just be patient with me. I am in uncharted territory right now, as are many other reactors, and we are doing the best we can to get everything sorted out for you guys.
