from what i found, same studio new animation director. i hope the rest of the season doesn't look like this. it was just bad. i guess they went with a style more similar to the manga. looks like doo-doo to me 🤣

This second half of the season was produced during peak covid season so the animation is a bit off sometimes. But this episode was definitely the worse looking.

I know that this was done during the height of covid, but some of this stuff looks like it wasn't done by a professional. And then there are other shots that are basically colored manga panels that they panned a camera over. It's really upsetting, because this is my favorite anime and seasons 2 and 3 are some of my favorite animation.

This is the worst it gets I think. But it doesn't go back to the top tier animation from previous seasons either. Honestly though, some of the best moments in the anime are up ahead and they are going to make you forget about the animation.

It’s impressive they(opposing team) are doing quick from everywhere. And they are good at reading the next move 👍 Now that you mention it, yes the art style is bad. Well Karasuno is starting to catch one 👍 Animation. As others have commented the Director changed and the chief animator changed. Also they commented that they wanted something more similar to the manga art style. I don’t like it also. Hey kudo for Sho to block the twin brother. 😁 🤣 Seven Deadly Sins studio 🤣 Asahi when he almost misses.
