After I watched your reaction (I hope you don't mind me writing all of that - it is just reaction to what you're saying and asking): Getsuga Tenshou is just a technique that originates from Zangetsu (Ichigo's Zanpakuto). You can think about it this way - Zanpakuto has forms that correspond to a level of that Zanpakuto power (weakest level sealed form that is just a sword, medium level Shikai, and high level Bankai); techniques on the other hand are just different ways to use that power. I hope that explanation helps a little. Oh, and according to wiki Getsuga Tenshou means "Moon Fang Heaven-Piercer", Zangetsu means "Slaying Moon", and Tensa Zangetsu means "Heaven Chain Slaying Moon". About Urahara - it was already mentioned he was a captain and first Head of Reaserch and Developement. And a second Head of Research and Developement was mad scientist captain (Squad 12). So I guess it is safe to assume Urahara was also captain of Squad 12. Soi Fon/Yoruichi is/was on the other hand are Chief of Punishment Force which is Squad 2. That is all that was said/shown about them so far. Little Genius captain's name is Hitsugaya Toshirou (Japanese people write family name first). His Liutenant's name is Matsumoto Rangiku. They are both in Squad 10. Thanks for reaction. :)

i was never a fan of ichigos huge zanpakuto so when i first seen his bankai i was expecting an even larger zanpakuto. i was so glad it wasn't. i really like the sleekness to it and that it's a blacked out blade. i like it so much i have it on my wall along with my modern warrior's weapon.

The place that hitsugaya and Rangiku are going to was mentionned to be their superior's location AKA central 46. You'll want to pay attention to it next episode as it explains a lot of why most soul reapers including the head captain (netero) did what they did in regards to the execution. Also always fun to see you fangirling over ichigo haha he is pretty badass.

The reason Byakuya said “he’s not even a noble” is because nobles are born with more spiritual pressure than normal soul reapers. In that moment he was questioning what Ichigo was.
