Dont worry, you didnt miss anything major. Sometimes Bleach filler will have a couple short minutes of story, but its more of just a recap. Usually at the very end of the episode is where they cut back to the main story. You are perfectly on track, so no worries :)

Also, Kubo likes to do certain portions offscreen, like some training bits etc. You havent missed any of that at all.

i think and i could have misread so i could be wrong but i think what byakuya meant when he told renji that he's on a different class was just that renji just unlocked his bankai and byakuya has had years of training his bankai so it puts him on a higher class, something like that. like a boxer with one professional fight would get destroyed by a boxer that's been fighting at an elite level for years. simply, both pros but one is elite. again, i could be wrong. when i have to quickly read subtitles i sometimes miss alot.

Bleach 51 Well It’s time for the captains to choose a side so Zaraki is with Ichigo gangs. 😁 Start with good comedy 😁 I also like the flowery dress captain. And he’s on Rukia Side. 👍 Inoue was saved by the squad 11 guy in the back. They meet Zaraki back in episode 45 And Zaraki agrees to help Inoue. The big mask captain and the blind captain are for Rukia Execution since they trust the old man captain. Zaraki is helping Inoue because of Ichigo so they fight. You didn’t miss anything 😂 They just jump into the next phase it seem a bit of disjoint. The training is just accelerating for Ichigo since they don’t have time.

Bleach 52 Renji Bankai 😁 And of course they are not going to show us Ichigo Bankai before the big reveal. 😁 What Byakuya is saying is Renji Bankai need a lot of spiritual power and he need more training to control that much power. His spell overwhelmed Renji control for a bit. Byakuya Bankai is just a larger form of his scatter attack. The black and white now that when you know a scene is serious. “The difference is class” Byakuya is such an ass. Byakuya is hard to understand. What Gin up to. 😁 Well the only way to know is to watch the next episode.

in a previous ep it was stated real quick zaraki plan to draw out ichigo so with orihime and everyone was pretty much off screen

There is episode 109 that comes after this arc which is the conclusion of the filler arc. Basically it's an episode that's mixed with canon and filler. I came here to inform that basically the last 1 minute of the episode is canon and the rest is filler just to give you heads up.

Orihime did end up with Zaraki Squad because of the guy who carried her (remember that). Zaraki just wants to meet and fight Ichigo again, that's why he helps them now. It vaguely showed in second half of episode 45 that you watched. Captain in helmet and blind captain said they will abide by superiors decision (to execute Rukia), and that is why they are fighting Zaraki. In general anime (and manga) skipped almost a whole day of time, and that is why you are confused. Background of Rukia adoption will be given at some point. Saying more is probably a spoiler. You seem to be mixing up "captain" and "lieutenant" a lot. The lieutenant of zaraki's squad is Yachiru (the little girl). Keep up the good content!

No I’m not. I know she’s his lieutenant. Little girl, pink hair, he found her in the woods. I remember the backstory. The other two (ikkaku and bird brain) are like third or fourth seats or something.

Bleach has After Credit scenes that play after the "next episode preview." They are just silly little jokes most of the time and are inconsequential to the plot.
