Haha what an awkward video! I think the audio is excellent in this one. It's at least at the same level as it was without headphones. Maybe even better.

I think testing the audio against a scene with music in the back round and multiple characters speaking causally (about proper methods for mass murder) was a good way to test the audio. I could understand Ryuk pretty well despite your playful mocking of his objectivity. Big improvement from when it was first uploaded. I don't think there is anything else you need do...probably.
