Romaji is when you use the English alphabet to spell Japanese words. In Romaji Ryuk's name would probably be spelt "Ryuku". However the reason the subtitles and other translations usually say "Ryuk" is because the "u" at the end of Japanese words is often silent. For example a common Japanese word is "desu" but it is pronounced "dess".

It's a well-known meme in the anime community that this anime is "I knew u were gonna do that so I did this! Well I knew u knew that so I did this!" and so on which isn't wrong

So I might be biased since I personally hate dub but It's just so different and there's not really any emotion in any of the character's lines. When u talk, it's louder than the video so the fact that u reacted to subbed animes helped that but I couldn't really make out what the characters were saying when u reacted to dubbed animes like for this episode

I think that dub version has an subtitles as well, so she can use both - dub for her own, and sub - for users, anyways im prefer to watch reaction when reactor understand whats is going on, so for me better when she is choosing more comfortable way to watch it. (Im not a native speaker, so sorry about my english)

In the japanese language, a word usually can't end without a vowel sound at the end. For example, "Puck" in englsh would be "Pukku" in japanese. But you would still call it Puck in the english dub
