You just saw Nina masturbating to pictures of princess Euphemia. Remember when she was blushing while remembering the hotel-jacking in another episode?

OMG! I WENT BACK AND I SAW IT!! YOU CAN EVEN SEE THE FLUIDS ON THE TABLE!! XD

This shows the direct consequences of Lelouch's revolution in which he still treats like a chess game so far. Many people praise his genius landslide tactic but this shows the unnecessary casualties that came with it. It's like Suzaku said, is this justice?

ArcaneAnomaly

Holy shit, I forgot Table-kun was this episode, that was hilarious

ArcaneAnomaly

Also, if you remember last episode when the landslide was triggered, Lelouch sees that it destroyed parts of the town and says the blast was "stronger than expected". The deaths of the people in the town(including Shirley's father) wasn't even acceptable casualties, it was a flat-out mistake.

Pretty sure, that Suzaku have zero interest in Shirley. Oh man, she've fallen in love with a wrong person. Poor child. And about Lelouch. It doesn't actually matter that much if he killed these people intentionally or not. People are dead. And the fact, that he gave no fuck postfactum about these people's deaths speaks a lot about him.

well played sir, well played. Also totally true. EDIT: Yes, there are things we may know more about than you (big part that others have already watched the shows you react to); yes, there is a lot of stuff you don't understand yet, which is completely to be expected with most people. But you make a visible effort to LEARN about the stuff you don't know about (being aware of your, as you put it, "ignorance") instead of just shrugging and going "who cares?", which is more than some other people do. So don't be so hard on yourself again, ok?

the sad thing is that the ones who hesitate just killing the enemy or go out of their way to spare every single civilian are the most likely to loose... For one, in the field they can't wait to check if the enemy soldier they are facing is actually a bad person or just doing what he is forced to do, because if you do...he might just exploit it and shoot you in the face... Second, the more consideration you show towards civilians, the more it limits your tactical option; Lelouche couldn't have beaten Cornellia without that landslide, without him winning Todoh of the JLF and his subordinates would most likely have been heavily outnumbered and died, and that's just one battle... I'm not saying it was justified what he did, but that gets us to the question what's most important to the characters - and how far they're willing to go to make sure they get there.

It is an eye opening experience but instead of making him chose his targets more wisely instead it hardens his resolve... He will do bad things and those things will affect the innocent and his friends but he can not care about that or he can't win this war... "This is not the way to do it"... you said sadly that is the way the only way... or do you know a better one? I am a fanfiction writer so it is basically my job to explore different possibilities, settings and changes to see how they would effect the outcome... Code Geass is my favorite show of all time... I have spent months looking into possible choices Lelouch could have made better, experimenting what I could throw at the story to decrease the tragedy that is lelouches story... Yet I have always come to the same conclusion... Lelouch did what he needed to do... The world needed Zero to change it even with all the casualties that came with that conflict... Lelouch just happened to be the man who saw this and had the resolve, conviction and determination to become Zero, to cause all that death... It was not easy for him... But someone had to do it Lelouch just could not wait for someone else to take the role when he knew he was capable of doing it...

I should also probably say that I have played strategy games for 10 years and read about war and strategy (for example Sun-Tzu the Art of War and Book of lord Shang), My philosophy is that you can't write about something you do not understand and thus I have researched war extensively... So I am pretty confident that I know what I am talking about here...
