Well, if the Black Knights want to really fight for their home they have to realize that death is a very real possibility & deal with it, or Lelouche will never have the real soldiers he needs to win...and it's not like LeLouche just shot Clovis in the head and never thought about it ever again...in the following episode's school scene, he almost threw up when he thought back to it, so (even) he had to somehow come to terms with it. And yes, the part at the end DID sound cheesy, that's simply dub vs sub I think 😜
