Your discussion about Midoriya’s thoughts on giving Mirio One for All reminded me of the conflict in Attack on Titan with Erwin and Armin, if you remembered from season 3. Anyway, I think Nighteye wanted Mirio to have OFA partly because he was already well experienced of handling a difficult and dangerous quirk and he’s a 3rd year, so it wouldn’t take a lot of time until he becomes the next symbol of peace. While Midoriya should definitely be our #1, there’s going to be some time until he masters OFA and society will have to struggle until then. Unless Endeavor steps up, or maybe the other heroes, to fill the gap in the mean time.

yes that's true. but yeah it looks line Endeavor is going to shape up and become a better father and hero! he kinda reminded me of a dad coming to watch his kid's baseball game or something lol. but he did come to the sports festival with not so nice intentions so he could still be a dick... but it seems like he won't be one this time! :)

One thing I'm worrying about...if we're seeing it correctly, Midoriya managed to change the future Nighteye predicted, that's a plus with AllMight, Eri & Midoriya...but couldn't it also mean that the "bright future" Nighteye prophesied for Mirio ALSO isn't set in stone and might change...it might swing both ways 😐 Just a theory on my part, but maybe Endeavor was so focused on becoming #1 that, now that he got there with Allmight out of the way, he doesn't know what to do - I mean, maybe he was so focused on BECOMING number 1 he didn't think about what BEING number 1 means, I feel like he has something in common with Bakugo in that regard, but can't put the finger on why I think that...
