There is no real connection between the Meliodas wanted poster and the other demon dude. There is no given explanation for that in the anime or manga so any similarity between them is almost certainly just a case of the writer/artist re-purposing a good design that they already had for use in a new character. All the Sins had wanted posters that didn't actually look like them (besides King's 'fat' form).

So Meliodas looks that way in the poster because that's what people thought he would look like after 10 years as an adult, but as we've all seen Meliodas doesn't really change.

don't panic so much about technical issues, we're not upset, it's not your fault if the internet is acting up :/ Slader came in just in time to cheer Elizabeth up & help Hawk supressing all the Meliodas-clones...no way the poor pig could wrap 5 of him in chains or stuff them in barrels on his own. 👍 About the sacred treasures I have no idea about most of their origins, just seems like to fully utilize the powers they have, holy knights use them to completely draw the power out and use it. "They're fucked" - yup, adequate assessment of the situation 😅 EDIT: to be honest, I wouldn't have noticed any lag at all if you hadn't mentioned it, sooooo...not too bad?
