If you were going to watch more I would personally hope for the movie/ Steins;Gate 0 - although I understand the latter to be very difficult to react to. I would be very interested to your thoughts on S;G 0 even if you watched it on your own though!

While not technically considered canon, its a cute lil OVA that wraps up some emotional narratives pretty nicely. I say, react!

Yes, watch the OVA. It is a nice change of pace from all the high-stakes drama you've been through with the regular series. The OVA is not canon since some of it is sort of retconed in season 2. Now that you have seen season 1 I would say that season 2 should be watched before the movie. if you plan to watch season 2 you will need to see episode 23-beta first; it can be considered episode 0 of season two. Season 2 explores what would have happened if a certain event played out differently. I think it is good that you watched all of season one first.
