I have some bad news. My laptop stopped working. I don’t know what happened. One minute it was working and the next it wasn’t. I can’t record any videos without a lot of buffering and lag. I’ve been on the phone with Microsoft support for two hours, and they’ve done everything that they can. We ended up not being able to find a solution so I’m left with no other option than to buy a new laptop or PC. I’m hoping to go to Best Buy tomorrow to buy a new one. But, it’s going to take me a while to set it up and get everything the way I need it to record videos. I’m hoping this process takes me no longer than a few days, at max a week. So that means there won’t be any new content posted for that long. I understand if some of you cancel your subscription. I don’t blame you. I’m really sorry about this guys. This pisses me off as much as you. Until then, I will keep you posted and give you guys all the play by plays. I love you all for your support and I will hopefully see you soon.

All good mate. These things happen ^_^

No worries just take your time. My advice will be to build a desktop pc... much cheaper and reliable than a laptop, also you can upgrade it anytime.

Don't worry dude try not to stress yourself out. I hope this works out for the better though

I would recommend to build a PC, you get more power for less money.

Not surprising Microsoft couldn't help. Lol Laptops are very convenient but a Desktop would do you better in the long run. I recommend building your own for cheap but if that is out of the question then an already made one will cost about the same as a laptop.

Shit happens! All is good

hmm that is unfortunate, however, consider asking some1 who fixes pcs ( desktops / laptops ) after all ussualy the best advice you can get on the phone would be " have you tried pluging it off and pluging it on again", granted i don't know how tech savvy are you but it would be a shame to trow away a laptop if all you need to do is change a 15 $ piece

You have nothing to apologise for. There are always bumps on the road - no matter what you’re doing. Take your time and try not to stress about it. We will be here when you get back.

No problem, stuff like that happens to everyone once in a while; no guilt on your part :) Would first try and call at your local computer-shop (or whatever equivalent you have) if they got an idea and if yes, how much it would cost to fix it...the most expensive parts should be CPU and graphics card, the rest should be(as far as my limited knowledge goes) a lot cheaper in relation. Microsoft phone support isn't always that qualified for solving technical issues with hardware they don't even get a look at...^^'

Dont stress yourself about it too much, the anxiety isn't worth it.
