It's ya boi, Ryan Cooper, the main protagonist from Need for Speed: ProStreet, released back in 2007 recreated in Koikatsu. This is a male card (only) and it only comes with one outfit (all slots are filled with the same one) and I believe you don't need anything else, cuz it's Ryan Cooper. 

Uses realistic nose headmod, KK Sunshine clothes backport and a helmet mod which I believe in the latest HF Patch.
