Career Growth (Patreon)

A follow-up to Cream of the Crop. A couple kernels of this story have been bouncing around in my head for a while, and even though I have way too much on my plate I was inspired to dash this off today.

That was the plan, at least. A planned 1-2K word work ended up being 3,500 words, taking up all of my afternoon and evening. Still, I had fun writing it and I hope someone out there enjoys it.
