I have finished testing all the stuff I have added so far today, R13 is actually pretty much done, but since I have decided to continue until the 20th, I am continuing the plot some more.

After Welf joins the party, Bell discovers how to use the Argonaut skill, so I thought of doing a small "tutorial quest" on the eleventh floor where you learn about it.
I have just finished creating the skill and testing it, the usage is actually pretty simple:
Every four turns, if the battle is still on-going and you have not been hit, a bell will ring and your token will shine (as shown in the screenshot), the next attack will deal the normal damage + extra high damage to all the enemies on the field.
The Argonaut's critical damage is separate from your normal attack's, so if you are really lucky, you can do a quadruple critical... Which would probably one shot most enemies.
During my tests, I did 1100 damage, which was either a triple or quaduple critical.

At this point of the game, fights should not last four turns, so you will find this skill particularly useful when adventuring in the middle floors or facing a floor boss/boss.

How does it handle the increasing power? Bell would deliberately let it build up in major fights (Black Goliath and the Juggernaut being prime examples) so that it would hit like a train when the time came, is there a way this will be reproduced here? Or as those were for key fights - which are probably story Events in the game - will they be scripted special events for those?

Minotaur, Black Goliath and so on are scripted. Depending on how I handle the event, in the narration Bell might use Argonaut even if in the combat he doesn't.
