Red Light District (Patreon)

I have mentioned a few times how R7 will begin to feature the first hentai scenes with either Hestia or Eina, depending on the route you have chosen.
In those playthroughs, all the hentai scenes will be about the woman you have chosen and will be mostly romance-based, while following the plot of the series as you would expect.

However, I remembered someone had told me their interest in seeing Samira in the game, and while I had not a clear idea of how to introduce her for a long time, a night I had the idea to simply throw a humor-scene to introduce the Red Light District to Bell (since he would not purposely go there), then go from there.
That scene will trigger only if you are in Ais Route or you rejected both Eina and Hestia.

After that scene, you will be able to freely access the Red Light District where you will be able to meet two women working there: Samira and Lena.
That location will not serve as a simple and quick way to show hentai scenes like in Overlord H, but they will actually be full-fledged routes.
The idea is that instead of having a normal route progressing alongside the main storyline, you will be able to progress those two routes only by throwing valis at them.
Their average cost will be 10000 valis for each scene.

While in R7 only one scene each will be available, I obviously plan to add more.
Ultimately, I do not know how many scenes they will feature, but they will be indicated with a grey heart (turning filled and red once the scene has been completed).
When the game reaches the ending of Season 2 (Ishtar Familia saga), if you have completed all of their scenes, they will be joining your familia.

Last but not least, in the same scene you might also have Aisha joining you if you have impressed her during a few key encounters which will require your Bell to answer decisively,  and also be strong enough to back up his words (Amazoness love strong men!).
That will be pretty much a mini-harem, and while I have considered adding a few more women to it, I am not yet sure enough to announce it here.

Considering you will need the strength to impress Aisha, and a lot of valis to complete all the scenes of Samira and Lena, I think you will have to literally grind your way towards your (mini) Harem! However, I am sure they will make it worthwhile!
