I have finished all the content for R2 today, so the build is theorically ready.
The catch is that the stuff happening inbetween where you left off in R1 and where the content in R2 starts involves the dungeon, which is still not complete.

This is not a really big issue as the gameplay can be skipped, in fact I do plan to add a difficulty setting in future to let people play a visual novel only, without the dungeon crawling elements.


That being said, I am still trying to get the dungeon crawler elements in R2 within this month, even just the basics.
You can currently advance from the first floor to the fourth floor, and leave the dungeon, one of the things missing is battle, which has been added today as well.

The current battle system is a work in progress and will be completed in future releases.
Right now you can only face an enemy at a time, attack and escape.
Only goblins currently exist as enemies, and you cannot be defeated even if you reach 0 HP (The game will feature no game overs, but I need to make the stuff that happens when you get defeated, which is not possible with the time left for this month).


Before I decide whether it is worth including the dungeon crawling system for this release or not, I will be planning some events and encounters in the four floors since at the very least I would like to avoid having empty maps (That would be boring to navigate!)

R2 will release on the 26th or earlier.

I just tested the dungeon, and you do not even have to grind to get a similar result to the LN (Screenshot on discord). Just by exploring the floors fully, I gained 136 excelia (just 27 points short compared to the LN). I tweaked the formula slightly, but once the dungeon/battle system is completed, getting 163 excelia during that stage of the game should be pretty easy.
