February 28th will mark the 3rd anniversary of the GiantessRun's original announcement. Long updates were made since the first line of code:

And now, it's time to make a complete remake of my game!

As my first Special Offer made in 2021 were to launch a playable demo version in 1 month and the first v1.0 before Paw Day, this time it's gonna be a complete revamp of the game in 1 month!

My goals for the next 30 days

• Redesigned levels with destructible objects, moving platforms and extra hazards
• My OCs with their new designs and their unlockable artworks
• New graphics, for 1080p resolution
• Support for touchscreens (Android .apk versions can be sideloaded, as I don't plan to launch it on Google Play)
• Collectable itens, like "Duplicate coin value for 10 seconds"
• New menus, level select, screens, the basic stuff;
• Newer and more stable code, based on Godot 4.x instead of legacy Godot 3.x as original (the first version was on v3.2, today it's v4.2.1 with waaaaay more codebase changes)

Future implementations

• The DLC Updater, (first avaliable in v1.1 but then removed), will be also avaliable in the new version as well, with a waaaay more simplified menu. I don't know if that method will work on Android, as every file will be downloaded in a folder alongside the game.
• DLCs with commissioned characters, avaliable for download via the "DLC Updater" screen (gonna think of a better name);
• Animated "game over" scenes;
• More use for every coin you collect, like "being saved at the last moment by a flying Claire" or "jetpack mode" like in Subway Surfers;
• New characters to use during the gameplay (make your own characters?)
• Online HI-SCORE for time & collected coins (that's a possibility)
• New levels, characters and gimmicks every month

Benefits for my $9+ tier patrons

• You can download weekly beta versions of the game (mostly on mondays) and test it, giving feedback;
• You'll get the game for free, including two extra plugins: a "Duplicate 2X Coins" and "10K Coins" for a headstart;
• You'll have access to every game asset as PNG or ZIP, the unlockable artworks in their high-resolution
• You'll be able to play the original levels as exclusive .GTS files with their unlockables as well
• I'm still thinking about a Discord server access for faster updates;
