Ciao Patreon,

lunedi ho rigiocato a tennis dopo un bel pò di tempo e che mi è successo? Quando ero quasi alla fine delle due ore, mi si è contuso il polpaccio e ho dovuto abbandonare! Questo mi ha fatto capire che non sono più così giovane da non fare il riscaldamento; tra l'altro sono ancora qui a massaggiare con voltaren ma poco a poco sta passando così potrò tornare a giocare presto.

Nel frattempo, dal fresco della montagna, sono scesa in città per la visita al gomito in attesa di sapere quando potranno operarmi. Per fortuna non si è ingrandito di molto e non dovrò rifare gli esami di preparazione all'operazione, che sarà dopo il 9 settembre ma mi si prospetterà fisioterapia.

Non importa, andrà tutto bene e sarò a posto per altri 50 anni! :-)

Domani sera vi aspetto per una nuova live serale alle 22.00 per i Grandi Cuculi e Oltre. Di che cosa parleremo? Di quando abbiamo voluto strafare e ci siamo fatti male.

Monday I replayed tennis after a long time and what happened to me? When I was almost at the end of the two hours, my calf bruised and I had to give up! This made me realize that I am no longer young enough not to warm up; among other things I'm still here to massage with voltaren but little by little it is passing so I can return to play soon.

In the meantime, from the coolness of the mountain, I went down to town for a visit to the elbow waiting to know when they will be able to operate on me. Fortunately, it hasn't grown much and I won't have to go through the preparatory exams for the operation, which will be after 9 September but physiotherapy will be on the horizon.

It doesn't matter, everything will be fine and I'll be fine for another 50 years! :-)

Tomorrow evening I am waiting for you for a new evening live at 22.00 for the Grandi Cuculi e Oltre. What are we going to talk about? When we wanted to overdo it and got hurt.
