Update 0.11 patch notes (changelog) (Patreon)

[Update 0.11 will release exactly midnight (cst) May 30th. Below are the patch notes for adjustments made, new content, known issues and planned content for the future. Friendly reminder once the update is released, you should have roughly 40-48 hours to download before patreon begins trying to charge for the next month.]

~Update 0.11 content~

~Adjustments~

-Game received major adjusting in it’s file size, it went from 1.13GB down to 317MB! This was major, as it helps not only exporting the game. But it will be less to download for everyone.

-Day 10 section 2 & 3 no longer should crash when skipping through content.

-"Skip" button and function to skip through content has had it's speed lowered, this is to keep it flowing through quick enough. But not too quick to cause major issues with the game not being able to load assets quick enough.

-Old expressions have been removed, replaced with new base 20-24 expressions. Similar to other vn games.

-Sprite, bg & cg images have been compressed to cut file size down.

-Days 1-15 received general fixing of new expressions to match dialogue, new effects for clothes change, etc.

-A few old placeholder cg screens have been removed in favor of showcasing sprites acting out scenes. (This will fully happen to all non important story/major cg scene areas for now. Look forward to it in update 0.12)

-Heather’s dialogue in day 11 section 3 has been adjusted to make her not quite an anime tsundere stereotype.

-John no longer forces X girl to do a more extreme punishment on day 5 section 3. (Only having the girl be spanked and mess themselves purely.)

-Day 16 has been added.
-Day 17 has been added.
-Erika’s final sprite has been added.
-Nova’s final sprite has been added.
-Rachel’s final sprite has been added.
-All sprites have received 20-24 base expressions to match their character uniquely.
-New bg art added! Roof top (day, sunset, night)
-New bg art added! Classroom (day, sunset, night)
-New bg art added! Courtyard/garden (day, sunset, night)
-New bg art added! Club room (day, sunset, night)
-New bg art added! Diaper training room (day, sunset, night)
-New cg art added! Miki punishment (day 5 section 3)
-New cg art added! Nova punishment (day 5 section 3)
-New effect for characters farting, clothes change, etc.
-New music! (placeholder) 2 tracks. (day 17)

~Known or possible issues being looked into~ (feedback very helpful! <3)

-Day 10 section 2 & 3 cause the game to crash if you skip through content too quickly. (Being looked into the reasoning for this happening. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn’t.)

-Outfits missing? (I’m aware of these, many are planned for June.)

~Things being considered/planned content~

~June content planned~

-Heather’s final sprite added. (All her old expressions will be replaced. As of update 0.11, Heather is about 1/3rd of the way ready and will be included in update 0.12.)

-Cg placeholder screens being removed in favor of sprites acting out events. (This is only for cg scene areas that aren’t considered major story, important scenes. Many old scene areas will be planned to receive cg scenes in the future after the base game’s scenes are done. This is planned to be included in update 0.12.)

-Fix stats to make the game harder in days 6-10. (This mainly means when there’s choices to choose between characters, if you select X instead of Y… X will receive plus affection, while Y might lose some. (This isn’t fully confirmed if it’s needed yet, but should be included in update 0.12.)

-New choices for old sections, mainly general stuff that might not offer stats. (These can be seen as some more in depth character building, an example might be helping Nova with homework and learning more about why she’s not great at book work. Should be included in update 0.12.)

-Classroom section adjustments. (Adding some general school feeling to these sections between dialogue where it might fit. The idea is things like having the teacher call on you to answer questions, offering to help more in depth with school work in class, taking a test, studying, etc. Giving these classroom sections a bit more of a subtle school feeling that’s normal.)

~July content planned~

-New special gui frames for choices. (Game choices would be located possibly out of the textbox area and be slightly different than they look currently, offering a subtle difference. This might not be needed.)

-Section loading screens. (When a section ends there would be a special screen that visually looks nice and patches the end of one section into a new section, without having a hard time reading the new section text and what not. This would be new art made.)

~August content planned~

-Cg gallery added. (A gallery to see all the cg scenes you’ve unlocked. This is held off until this month to give some time for plenty of cg scenes to actually make good use of this feature.)

-Ost gallery music box added. (A playlist to listen to music in the game. This might even be held back a bit longer, only to make sure there’s actual music to make use of this feature first.)
