Moika's Trip (Patreon)

Hi everyone. I just wanted to let you know about something I've been preparing for the last few months, and that now it's finally happening.

I'll be traveling across South and Central America for the next few months (or years! who knows). With the company of my wife, my two kids and our car.

The fire for this whole idea ignited a couple months ago. When I traveled to Cusco, Perú. That's when I decided it was time to chase this dream. I also made the illustration from this post while I stayed there.

This trip is also very important to me for personal reasons. Ever since I became a father ( I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old), I have fell like time is running away from me, and that my workaholic lifestyle is taking me away from spending quality time with mi family. So this is an opportunity to reconnect, and to experience something together, along my wife as well, that we will never forget.

What does this mean to this project and my art? I don't know yet. I love my job so nothing will change there. But things may slow down for a while, until find a proper rhythm through this trip, where my plan is to continue working but also experiencing this journey with my family.

We are now 700 miles away from Lima, Perú, where our journey began a week ago.  Arequipa will be our home for a week before we embark to Chile (my home country). During this time here I will get some art and work done, that I hope I can show you very soon!
