Helixftr 2.27.2024 Update (Fixed?) (Patreon)

So the last update apparently had more than a couple problems- I checked it over and some things weren't making sense to me. Folks were saying Yesenia wasn't in it despite absolutely being included- which makes me assume there was some issue with the game loading the characters, likely because I absolutely messed up the External.xml and included a few things that I have on my end, but aren't released because they're either under a better name or not something meant for release.

Anyway, I hope this one works properly! Oops!
