Honestly you can probably just go and look at the last report I made because honestly not much has changed. I haven't been terribly productive as of late, as my happiness has kind of been in the dumpster. Friends have been having a lot of issues and it's weighed heavily upon my shoulders, even if maybe it shouldn't have.

The good news is, that's mostly past me at this point. I finally got Malf out earlier this month, and I've been trying to get most of my stuff in line so I can get back to being productive. My current goal is to finish the two smaller projects up above, Elroy and Ezmir.

That being said, Ezmir is probably going to be a bit larger than originally anticipated- but Elroy should still be pretty small and enjoyable, his gimmick is already kind of programmed in but has yet to be animated properly. After that, he'll just need some fresh new animations to fill out any holes that might be missing and he aughta be good to go!

Ezmir on the other hand is on his way to being complete, but I've got a lot to do still. I've kind of hit a point on both of them where I've done what I wanted to do, so they're somewhat on the downhill of "exciting new animations and ideas".

Noone ever talks about how difficult it is not just to animate, but to try to constantly make new and interesting things as to not grow too stale. I try to do *something* new with each enemy I make on a matter of principle. With Elroy it's the stomach states, with Ezmir it's the burrowing and the sliding and the slow, staged movements.

Coming up next month, I'm going to start work on a couple of new commissioned enemies. For those wondering how I take commissions and those interested, feel free to shoot me an idea that's well thought out anytime. I can't always accept them immediately because of how long a single enemy takes at this point, but if I run into an idea I like, I might take it on later as a commission. That might sound unfair and I'm not going to lie, it ain't- I'm pretty picky about ideas, especially in relation to flash since there are a lot of character's I'd LOVE to work on, but just... can't, easily, due to flash's limitations. 

And when I say "A well thought out idea" I don't mean "I want my character to be in and I want them to do an eat", I'd like some ideas about a character's personality, what sort of ideas you specifically want to see in the game, I want it to look like some effort was put into thinking about how it'd fit into things. It makes life way easier on me and the end product is WAY stronger if you put more soul into it.

How much does a character commission cost? I have a few in mind that could be fun, full of options and multiple outcomes.
