Hiatus announcement + new plan for the future (Patreon)

As I said when I post latest reward, Kusakyuu's Patreon will be going on hiatus again.

This time of hiatus isn't because of my wrist. Honestly, my wrist is one of the reason that I can't work in full power. But the main reason is... I want to try something better for Patreon in long term and want to make it more profit to both side.

Actually, I tried to make my patreon's reward be worth for your pledge. But because of many reason, I can't make my Patreon grow more and gain enough amount of income to do only Patreon work.

I know that I should post more works to gain new followers. But I have to keep some work to be Patron-exclusive artwork too. With my limit time (and now my limit health), I can't sacrifice myself to draw with all of my life but finally not afford enough. I have to change my plan.

I'd though about using Patreon as "Practice place" that I'll post my practice doodles and random arts rather than full-CG. But it might not worth for your money. I might feel guilty if some people upset and quit because of "not satisfy". So I choose to pause Patreon and plan for new reward system after I've cleared about my ability and my available time.

In conclusion. This isn't closing Patreon. I just want to step back and think about my artist life again. I want freedom to try what is better for me, also have to try submit comic for regular income. I'll open Patreon again after I gain more followers and know what kind of rewards is more attractive and possible to do monthly. I will try best to alive as manga artist!

สวัสดีครับ อันที่จริงตอนนี้คนที่ซับส่วนใหญ่ก็น่าจะคนไทยแหละครับ แต่ก็ขอชี้แจงเป็นอังกฤษไปก่อนเพราะก็มีคนต่างชาติด้วย

เหตุผลที่ขอหยุดปลาทองก่อนก็คือ... รายรับจากปลาทองมันไม่มากพอที่จะคุ้มกับการวาดให้เยอะคุ้มคนซับน่ะครับ ก็คือคนซับน้อยไปแหละครับ คือถ้าคนซับมากกว่านี้ผมก็ทุ่มวาดเยอะ ๆ ให้ได้ แต่ตอนนี้ขนาดวาดเกือบทั้งเดือนก็ไม่ได้ส่งผลกับการขยายตัวเลย แถมพอช่วงที่สะดุดวาดได้ไม่เต็มที่และขาดช่วง คนซับก็ลดลงอีก ซึ่งก็เข้าใจครับแต่ก็รู้สึกเฟลแบบที่ทำอะไรไม่ได้เลย

อีกอย่างหนึ่งคือ ผมก็รู้หรอกว่าถ้าอยากขยายฐานคนฟอล มันก็ต้องโพสงานลงเยอะ ๆ แต่การที่ผมต้องกันภาพที่พรีเมี่ยมสุดให้ปลาทอง ก็ทำให้ผมเสียโอกาสในการโฆษณาตัวเองด้วยงานที่ดึงดูดที่สุด (ก็แหงสิ คนจ่ายก็ควรได้ของที่ดีกว่า) แต่การที่ผมมีเวลาและสุขภาพจำกัด ผมก็คงไม่สามารถวาดภาพฟรีได้เยอะมากพอ ส่วนใหญ่ก็หมดแรงกับงานปลาทองละ

ซึ่งไหน ๆ ถ้าทำต่อไปก็ไม่ได้คุ้มมูลค่ามากพอ เลยคิดว่าลองหยุดตรงนี้แล้วทุ่มเทกับการขยายคนติดตามดีกว่า ก็เลยตัดสินใจหยุดพักปลาทองแหละครับ

แน่นอนว่ารายได้จากตรงนี้ก็หายไป แต่อันนั้นผมจะหาทางอื่นแทน ก็คงเปิดรับคอมมิชชั่นแหละครับ ใครสนใจก็ติดต่อได้ อย่างน้อยตอนนี้ผมจะได้มีอิสระในการวาดนั่นลงนี่แบบไม่ต้องพะวงว่าจะทำยังไงให้คุ้มเงินคนตรงนี้อีก จนกว่าจะพร้อมมาทำตรงนี้อีกครั้ง

ยังไงก็ขอขอบคุณสำหรับที่ผ่านมานะครับ อย่างน้อยผมก็ยังได้รับรู้ว่ามีคนที่อยากจะสนับสนุนงานของผมตรงนี้จริง ๆ หลังจากนี้ถ้าผมขอได้ก็คงขอให้ช่วยแชร์ภาพวาดของผมที่คุณชอบให้คนได้เห็นกันมากขึ้นทีนะครับ จะไลก์จะแชร์ จะ RT หรือคอมเม้นต์ใต้ภาพ ก็ช่วยได้หมดครับ เป้าหมายตอนนี้คือเพิ่มคนอ่านครับ ถ้าคนติดตามมีมากพอจนเปิดปลาทองคุ้มอีกครั้งก็ค่อยว่ากันครับ

อย่างน้อยผมก็อยากลองนั่นนี่จนหารูปแบบปลาทองที่คุ้มค่ากับทั้งสองฝ่ายมากขึ้นครับ
