Mateo:

Ex-military, who is now wanted for murder of 130 soldiers.  Mateo used to be the most respected commander in his division.  His last mission went south and he and his squadron were ambushed.  When he woke up, all of his men were dead at the scene.  Special Investigation took place and concluded that Mateo was guilty of murdering his men.  He has been on the run ever since.
