February Schedule + Updates (Patreon)

Wew! I think a month break from comic pages might be nice, so i can dive into new pages fresh! So, since there will be no charged posts, that means no one will be charged for anything in February. Freebie! Also, see y'all at ANE!

March will be my 2 year anniversary on Patreon, and as a thank-you, I think I'll do a special stream for it like last year! Last year, I came up with a bunch of YCH picture concepts, had my patrons vote on their favorites, and then gave them a form to let them submit their characters to fill in the slots. Then I just chose whoever's characters fit the picture best and drew them into free sketches. It was a blast last year, so I think i'll do that again!

As far as future 609 pages: I would love to be able to deliver 2 pages a month regularly! But pulling that off would mean two things: I would probably simplify the rendering style for the comics, and when i can pull it off, there would be two charged comic pages per month instead of one. I think flat colors with some clever gradient work would work about as well as putting soft shading and highlighting on everything, and these new pages WOULD probably feature comic cameos, so I don't think too much would be sacrificed in exchange for double the pages!
