Sorry you’re not interested in a honest discussion. You’ve already drawn my argument about trying new things. The boys will always be straight, the girls will always be gay. That won’t change. My point here was that there are different receptions to different ‘trying something new’ scenarios. Not the same thing. And I shouldn’t have to further explain why.

I have specific plans in mind for certain characters and if I say ‘they wouldn’t do XYZ’ and people tell me ‘but do it anyway’ that annoys me as the content creator and storyteller. But if you handwave all that because ‘they’re not humans so why take it seriously anyway’ then all I can say at that point is respect my wishes as the creator, or you can leave the patreon if you wish.
