Unlikely. I think Olivia’s present day would be much different if that were the case. The blood is likely to be from a broken nose more than anything else. Otherwise, she’ll mostly suffer from some black eyes and heavy bruising.

I must say, I’m genuinely surprised by this page but as well as wholeheartedly proud of you Kadath. This is the kind of art that you can hear the page, to the way everyone is in shock and the faint plead for mercy. Simply chilling in the highest artistic way possible, being black & white makes it more manga. It’s brutal and a bit disturbing but in a tasteful way. Phenomenal work Kadath this month is a strong indication of what’s to come.
