Video Reference: Reaching 360° & Updates (Patreon)

Hey all! I got into the studio yesterday for a half an hour and I was able to record 7 videos. 🥳 Here's one with lots of reaching in various ways for 3 min. Download from Vimeo.

My arms felt like trash after that so I stuffed them back into my arm prisons. 🥹

Happy to say the arms are feeling better every day so as long as I keep up with bracing and stretching and my routine of anti-inflammatories I should be back to 100% in a few weeks. Frustrating but 🤷🏻‍♀️ I did do it to myself!
