Devlog, new build with more stuff (Patreon)

I'll be honest I added so much stuff don't remember what is new. But basically, you can underpay your employees.

I do remember I added fences and a menu to buy terrains and levels!

Edit: apparently I tweak a few stats before exporting this build, so it's absolutely broken. I'll export another proper build next week
