Step by step, I'm developing a tool to generate maps from a seed. I thought "Should I take this month to recreate the map entirely, or should I take the risk of making it procedural?"

Well let's be honest, I'm half way through this and it's already looking great!

Next step, generate the navigation mesh at runtime for the AIs, so they can navigate the level, and generate the spawns points for the enemies and the player.

The best thing is, it's gonna be super easy now to create new biomes and game modes <3

Oh, I'm actually thinking adding totally random stuff so even if people play the exact same map using a particular seed, they can get nice surprises. Like hidden treasures. Sounds like a fun idea.
