What do you do with the file in the image pack do you just move it to the game folder or is there somthing else you need to do?

One solution to running SWF files on your PC/Mac/Linux box is to get Flash Player projector from the developer tools of Adobe: https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html

In addition to what Richard Penner said, having Flash Player and/or the Flash addon for Firefox will allow you to drag the .swf file onto the Firefox desktop icon and play it automatically. May require editing your Firefox config via url (about:config) and searching for "plug*ht" and double-clicking the plugins.http_https_only value.
